Delete your account and data
You can delete your MVC account yourself at any time. The steps, and what happens to your data, are described here.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to the app or the web and open your profile.
- Choose "Delete account".
- Confirm with your password.
- We send you an email with a link. With it, or by signing in again, you can take the deletion back within 30 days.
- If you can no longer sign in, write to boris@bobo23.dev.
- If you are the last admin of a club, add another admin first. Otherwise the account cannot be deleted.
Deleted after 30 days
- Your account with name, email address and password
- Your coach memberships in teams and clubs and your player profile with jersey number and groups
- Your votes in polls
- Deleted right away: the device identifiers for notifications and your favorites. Your access is blocked from the moment you ask for the deletion.
Kept or deleted later
- Your yes and no answers to events stay without a name and count anonymously in the team's statistics.
- Content that belongs to the team, such as practice plans, scripts and drills, stays with the team.
- Server logs are usually deleted after 30 days.
- Database backups are overwritten after the provider's retention period.
- Legal retention obligations remain unaffected. See "Storage period" in the privacy policy.
